The good folks at LearnGigastudio.com have provided us with our very own forum, dedicated to discussions about our products. Though we will gladly provide one-on-one support via e-mail, discussions about the use of our instruments on the forum is encouraged, in the hope that a useful online database of tips and tricks will accumulate.
Registering for our mailing list will ensure that we can provide you with up-to-the-minute news on product updates. These updates will be listed in the "updates" section below, and will include the latest versions of the Tascam GVI engine, Syncrosoft Licence Control center, any improvements or additions to instrument programming. The GVI engine, instrument layout and Gigapulse models are thoroughly explained in the integrated help files, and various GVI resources are available for download at http://www.tascamgiga.com/support.html. Please consult these resources first. Also, be sure that you are using the latest version of your product. See the updates section below.
Technical support for the library and the GVI player is available through support@wavelore.com. We will make every effort to respond promptly with a solution to your problem.
Syncrosoft License Control Center (LCC) installation is addressed in the American Zither help file, and the the LCC (Accessible from your Windows Start Menu) comes with extensive documentation.

Updates

Wavelore Pedal Steel Guitar (Full Edition) version 1.10 patch. This patch adds the free Wavelore Brush Kit instruments to the WLPS soundset.
Wavelore Pedal Steel Guitar (Lite Edition) version 1.10 patch. This patch adds the free Wavelore Brush Kit instruments to the WLPSLE soundset.
Wavelore American Zither version 1.20 patch. This patch adds the free Wavelore Slide Whistle, Hand Drums, and new free shaker instruments to the WLAZ soundset. It also addresses the issue of running the patch installer on XP systems with service pack three. Use in place of the now outdated WLAZ v.1.10 patch.
Wavelore Pedal Steel Guitar owners should note that they may have to download the Microsoft 2005 redistributable in order for the library to work properly. Some users have even had to uninstall and reinstall the update.
American Zither owners who wish to re-install their library on a Windows XP system with Service Pack 3 can download a new installer here. After downloading, copy your American Zither disc contents (or navigate to the directory where you unzipped the download).Unzip the file and paste the .exe file into your American Zither install directory, replacing the old version. Running the installer will now bypass the error where the install process looks for Service Pack 2.
